We aim to dispatch all orders quickly and securely, with clear shipping options and tracking where available. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms below.
Processing and dispatch times
Order processing time is typically 2–3 business days from cleared payment, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
During busy periods, promotions, or pre‑orders, processing may take longer; any significant delay will be communicated by email.
Orders are processed in the order they are received; expedited processing is not guaranteed even if a faster shipping service is chosen.
Shipping methods and costs
Shipping options (standard, tracked, expedited where available) and prices are shown at checkout and are based on destination, weight, and order value.
Nees D. Collector reserves the right to upgrade or change the carrier or service (for example, Royal Mail, Evri, or other couriers) at its discretion, provided the estimated delivery time remains similar or better.
Any free or discounted shipping offers apply only where explicitly stated and may be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery windows are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed; delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, strikes, or other events outside Nees D. Collector’s control do not constitute grounds for compensation.
Unless otherwise agreed, domestic UK orders should be delivered within 7 days of order confirmation; if this cannot be met, you will be informed and may cancel for a refund of the undelivered item(s).
Nees D. Collector cannot predict or control customs charges or delays and is not liable for packages held, inspected, or returned by customs.
Address accuracy and failed delivery
Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout; Nees D. Collector is not liable for loss, delay, or misdelivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a parcel is returned as “undeliverable”, “refused”, or “unclaimed”, a reshipment fee will apply; alternatively, a refund may be issued for the item price only, minus original shipping costs, at Nees D. Collector’s discretion.
Any change of address after checkout is not guaranteed; if accepted, it is done at the buyer’s risk.
Loss, damage, and tracking
Where a tracked service is selected, tracking details will be provided when available; lack of tracking updates from the carrier does not in itself qualify for a refund.
If an item arrives damaged, buyers must contact Nees D. Collector within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item; failure to do so may limit or void any remedy.
Claims for loss or non‑delivery will only be considered after the carrier’s official investigation timeframe has passed, and any refund or replacement is subject to carrier confirmation and Nees D. Collector’s discretion.
Partial shipments and stock issues
Nees D. Collector may ship items in multiple parcels at no extra cost to the buyer; this will not affect the total shipping charge paid at checkout.
In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock after ordering, Nees D. Collector may cancel that item and refund it while shipping the rest of the order.
Pre‑orders and release‑date items
Pre‑order items will ship on or shortly after the stated release date; this date is an estimate provided by distributors and may change.
Orders containing both in‑stock and pre‑order items may be held and shipped together with the pre‑order; where separate shipping is requested, additional shipping fees may apply.
Policy changes and contact
Nees D. Collector may update this shipping policy at any time; the version in force at the time of purchase applies to that order.
