What is the return policy?
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable. Sale and personalized items cannot be returned.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
When will I get my order?
Orders are typically delivered within 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email to follow your order.

Where are your products manufactured?
Our One Piece Trading Card Game cards are manufactured in Japan by Bandai Namco. Official merchandise is primarily produced in Japan, with some accessories and other licensed items made in China or Taiwan.
